The Role 

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily bookkeeping of incoming customer payments, monitoring overdue balances, and supporting the administrative processes related to Accounts Receivable across our international markets. 

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and customers — and who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

  • Book and allocate incoming payments in ERP 

  • Monitor customer account balances and prepare accounts receivable aging reports 

  • Perform structured follow-up on overdue invoices via email or phone, ensuring professional communication with clients 

  • Support monthly closing activities related to receivables, including reconciliations and reporting 

  • Maintain and update customer master data in the ERP system 

  • Handle day-to-day AR administrative tasks, including internal coordination with Sales and Customer Support to resolve billing issues and overdue payments 

  • Assist with audit preparation and documentation related to receivables

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For 

  • Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping – preferably with 1–3 years of experience in a similar AR or finance support role 

  • Experience with ERP systems – knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage 

  • Strong attention to detail and structured work approach 

  • Proactive team player with a service-minded attitude and good communication skills 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
