Job description
Do you enjoy hands-on work, preparing technical equipment, and making sure everything is ready before it ships? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hardware and basic IT setups?
Trackman continues to grow as we deliver market-leading driving range solutions worldwide. We are now looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Equipment Preparation Assistant to support our Driving Range Operations team by preparing new and replacement equipment for installation projects across the EMEA region.
New Equipment Preparation and Configuration (Approx. 90%)
Prepare and configure new Trackman Range equipment prior to shipment for upcoming installations
Prepare and configure replacement Trackman Range equipment to support maintenance cases and hardware swaps
Label, test, and quality-check hardware to ensure it is complete, functional, and ready for site deployment
Ensure proper documentation and accurate records are maintained for all replacement equipment in Monday.com and Confluence
Assist with packing, organizing, staging, and delivering equipment to the packing team for shipment
Identify missing, faulty, or incorrect items and communicate issues clearly to the Installation Manager, Project Manager or Operations Coordinator
Admin Support (Approx. 10%)
Support the operations team with basic administrative tasks as needed
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality, well-prepared equipment
Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks independently
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of technical hardware, such as android screens, network equipment and servers.
Ability to follow technical instructions, checklists, and standard procedures
Solid communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
The position is part-time spread over 2 days a week, maybe 3 if needed.
