Job description

Do you want to be part of a dynamic team developing high-performance software for a leading company in sports technology? Trackman is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our System and Software team. We specialize in creating advanced radar and vision solutions used in sports like golf, baseball, American football, and soccer.



Since 2003, Trackman has been at the forefront of sports technology, developing cutting-edge solutions that integrate computer vision and radar technologies. Our products are used across multiple sports, and our software must meet the highest performance and structural standards.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality software for our diverse product range. You will collaborate closely with other teams, contributing to a structured codebase. You will be a part of a team called System and Software. The team focuses on software engineering, specifically designing, building, and maintaining high-quality tracking systems, tools, and frameworks. This involves a focus on ensuring code quality, architectural alignment across teams, and maintaining common, cross-platform code and tools. Core areas include system architecture, messaging systems, video and data handling, camera calibration, and DevOps (build pipelines, test infrastructures, and deployments).

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C++ and/or Python
  • A master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience collaborating within a development team.'Strong ability to prioritize tasks and create clear, actionable plans
  • Deep understanding of user requirements and the ability to map those into well-structured software modules
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and contributing to a strong team spirit

Your task will include:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient and well-structured software in C++ and Python
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system-wide improvements
  • Support the team in developing and maintaining a clean, organized and well tested codebase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets user needs and technical requirements
  • Help foster a positive and collaborative team culture


The office
Working place will be our brand new state-of-the-art Trackman Innovation Center in DTU Science Park Hørsholm. We take great pride of the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation. We are surrounded by trees viewable from all offices, meeting rooms and coffee spots creating a unique atmosphere. In addition, we have facilities for employees like heated bike parking, fitness center, shower rooms and golf simulators.
