Job description

Design at the intersection of sports and data:

Join us on our journey to empower golfers, coaches and facilities around the world with actionable, data-driven insights. We are a team of design geeks from Canada, Mexico, Australia, England, Latvia, Norway, Slovakia, Ireland and Denmark who have fun and challenge each other every day in delivering the best digital products.

Now we are looking for our next senior designer to join the team. As a Senior Product Designer and Team Lead in our Web Solutions team, you will take a leading role in building the next generation of web experiences across our portals for golfers, coaches, competitions and facilities. You will combine hands-on product design with leading a small team of designers, shaping the product direction, improving processes and ensuring high-quality output across our web ecosystem.

Your opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Trackman’s web product team. Our web solutions support everything around the game of golf, from player profiles and competitions to facility management and partner portals. Your work will help golfers, coaches and partners manage their Trackman experience, find what they need, and get value from our products without friction.

Your work will directly impact how users experience Trackman online. You will help make complex tasks such as onboarding, self-service and account management feel simple and clear, using data, feedback and guidance that make progress feel concrete and motivating over time.

You will also be part of creating experiences that are simply enjoyable to use. From competition portals and coach tools to facility dashboards, you will design products that make people feel confident, informed and engaged whenever they interact with Trackman on the web.

You will primarily work on our web portals and platform experiences, collaborating with a cross-functional product team and owning specific areas of the user journey over time.

You will also play a key leadership role in shaping how we design for the web at Trackman. As the team lead for a small group of 3–4 ambitious designers, you will guide their growth, help set direction and ensure that the team thrives and delivers high-quality work. You will foster strong collaboration, elevate design standards across projects, and create an environment where designers feel empowered, supported and challenged to do their best work.

Role overview:

As a Senior Product Designer – Team Lead, you will:

  • This is a full-time product design role, with roughly 70–80% of your time spent on hands-on product design and 20–30% on leadership and people development.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 designers in Web Solutions, supporting their growth and ensuring high-quality design delivery.

  • Play a hands-on role in the design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing and polished UI.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to refine processes and bring designs to life.

  • Shape and guide the product direction with a strong user focus and eye for detail across our web ecosystem.

  • Advocate for user-centered design, balancing user needs with business goals and technical realities.

  • Help conceptualize new product evolutions and ideas, unifying experiences across products and making self-service easier for our users and partners.

Job requirements

What we expect of you: Ideally, you will have:

  • 8+ years of product design experience, covering the full design lifecycle from discovery to launch.

  • Experience leading small teams, with strong mentoring, feedback and collaboration skills.

  • A track record of designing engaging, intuitive digital experiences, ideally across web platforms, portals or dashboards.

  • Strong visual communication and UI design skills, able to turn complex information and data-heavy workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.

  • Experience working with product data and metrics to inform decisions and evaluate the impact of your work.

  • Proficiency in modern design tools and experience contributing to and evolving design systems.

  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams in an agile environment.

  • Solid experience running or contributing to user research and turning insights into design decisions.

  • [Big plus] Knowledge of golf and passion for the sport, or a strong motivation to learn about it.

You are:

  • A natural team leader. Motivated by helping others grow and succeed, while keeping high standards.

  • A clear communicator. Able to articulate ideas and design decisions and to seek and incorporate feedback.

  • Hands-on. You enjoy being directly involved in the design work, not only guiding it from a distance.

  • A systems thinker. You identify patterns across journeys and create scalable, cohesive solutions.

  • Passionate about sports and technology. Curious about how technology can transform practice, play and the surrounding services.

You will get:

  • To be part of a design team of around 20 colleagues, with design critiques, cross-product sparring and plenty of chances to learn from others.

  • Opportunities to grow both as a leader and as a designer in a fast-growing international company.

  • Direct impact on how golfers, coaches and facilities experience Trackman’s web products and services.

  • A great team culture, working alongside passionate colleagues in an inspiring, supportive environment.

  • Fantastic perks such as great lunch, access to a fitness center, all-you-can-play golf simulator and more.

  • Social events and happenings, including company gatherings, sports events and other activities.
