Senior Product Designer - Team Lead - Indoor/Range

At Trackman, we are redefining the game through world-class technology, and we are now looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to lead a team of skilled designers and take ownership of our Indoor and Range experiences. 

The role 

You will join a truly international design team of 19 designers across Mexico, Australia, Latvia, Norway, Slovakia, Ireland, the UK, Canada, and Denmark. We are ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about building exceptional products, and we push each other to improve every day.  

As a Senior Product Designer - Team Lead for our Range/Indoor you will take ownership of a key product area used by golf facilities and players around the world. You will be responsible for elevating both the user experience and the team behind it, driving meaningful improvements that make a real difference on and off the course. 

This role combines leadership and execution: you will guide a small team while staying close to the craft and shaping impactful product decisions. 

What you will do 

As a Senior Product Designer - Team Lead, you will:  

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 designers, supporting their growth and raising the overall quality of work. 

• Drive design work end-to-end from insights and concepts to refined, production-ready solutions. 

• Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to optimise processes and bring designs to life.  

• Shape and guide the product direction with a strong user focus and eye for detail.  

• Advocate for user-centred design, balancing user needs with business goals.  

• Help conceptualise new product evolutions and ideas, shaping the future direction of Range and Indoor.

What we expect of you

• 5+ years of product design experience, covering the full design lifecycle from discovery to launch.

• Experience leading small teams, with a passion for developing others.

• A strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, engaging digital products (web, mobile, or cross-platform).

• Strong UI craft, able to create polished, high-quality visuals and transform data into clear insights.

• Proficiency in modern design tools, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems.

• A hands-on, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

• A systems-thinking approach, creating scalable and cohesive solutions.

• Knowledge of golf and passion for the sport.

The Office  

We are located at DTU Science Park in Hørsholm. We take great pride in the state-of-art building we have designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness center, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation. The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff.
