    • Hørsholm, Sjælland, Denmark
  • R&D Hardware

Job description

Are you looking for a senior engineering role where you help turn advanced sports technology into scalable, high-quality products? At Trackman, you will play a key role in industrializing, testing, and producing innovative hardware solutions—bridging R&D and production with real technical influence and cross-functional impact.

Your Role

As a Senior Engineer in our Hardware Development & Supply team, you will act as a key technical contributor across R&D and Production. Your responsibilities will be to ensure that Trackman’s new and existing hardware platforms can be produced reliably, at scale and volume.

You will be expected to challenge designs, propose improvements, and drive best practices across the organization in close collaboration with R&D hardware, tracking and software teams, in-house production, EMS suppliers, supply chain, and management.

This role suits an experienced engineer who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with technical expertise and ownership.

What you will be doing

  • Set specifications, develop, and drive a strategy for production- and test engineering equipment to support new and existing hardware platforms. We work with GHZ Radars, Computer Modules, Camera Sensors, High performance ADCs, and more.

  • Act as a senior technical interface between R&D and Production, ensuring manufacturability and testability are built in from early design phases.

  • Design, build and validate production- and test solutions for our advanced radar electronics, optics, and other technologies. This includes fixtures for assemblies, automation, “bed of nails” setups, and other supporting electronics.

  • Develop automated test solutions using NI TestStand, Python, and C#, including data handling, traceability, and statistical analysis.

  • Perform advanced hands-on measurements with signal generators, digital oscilloscopes, etc, for signal analysis, verification, circuit debugging, and root-cause analysis.

  • Participate in schematic entry, reviews, placement and carry out layout and routing of simple PCBs used in test fixtures and support electronics

  • Drive collaboration with EMS suppliers, including transfer, ramp-up, and continuous improvement of test and production processes

  • Analyze production and test data to improve yield, quality, and robustness, and to support data-driven decision-making

Job requirements

What You Bring

We imagine that you:

  • Hold a degree in Electronics Engineering and have extensive experience (10+ years) within electronics development, production, or test engineering

  • Have strong practical experience with test development, electronics debugging, and production environments

  • Advanced user of relevant lab test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum-signal generators, etc.)

  • Are comfortable taking technical ownership and influencing decisions across teams and senior stakeholders

  • Work in a structured, proactive way and naturally drive improvements

  • Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken and located in Denmark

Technical skills:

  • Advanced experience with Python, NI TestStand, C#, and database concepts such as SQL

  • Experience with RF measurements in the GHz range and understanding of schematics and signal integrity

  • Experience in implementing test equipment at EMS suppliers, transferring test data between different sites

It is a plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of camera and optics principles such as focal length, aperture, and depth of field
