As a Trackman Sales Representative, you will go beyond traditional product sales. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your customers - helping them design, optimize, and scale successful golf business models. This role requires a consultative, data-driven approach, combining sales execution, business strategy, and proactive outbound lead generation.

Job description

  • Find, plan, and deliver product demonstrations to teaching professionals, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, business owners, and other client segments on a continuous basis.

  • Generate leads leveraging all communication channels, including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities.

  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service to our existing clients.

  • Manage proposal preparation and order administration.

  • Provide customer training and first-level support.

  • Organize and implement Trackman University workshops.

  • Drive demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations.

  • Conduct product testing and provide feedback to our software and hardware development teams.

  • Develop and continuously improve sales strategies for your territories.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education in Technology, Business, or Marketing

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience: B2B and B2C

  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.

  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.

  • Build and maintain relationships easily.

  • Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic.

  • Demonstrate perseverance and cope well with rejection.

  • Consider others' views and demonstrate listening skills.

  • Driver’s license.

  • Japanese Language: native level in reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferably

  • English Language: comfortable in reading, writing, and speaking.

  • A strong network in the local golf industry

  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.

  • Advanced computer skills: Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan, with 60% fixed and 40% variable components. You will benefit from onboard training and continuous coaching. You will be working either from our office or your home office within the territory, with travel expected 50-75% of the time.
