Job description

Do you have an interest in Signal Processing and Machine Learning? Do you want to develop tracking algorithms used by top athletes and in TV broadcast all around the world?  Then come and join our Radar Tracking & Signal Processing team!


As a member of the team, you will be part of a highly-skilled team focusing on the development and optimization of our state-of-the-art tracking algorithms used to measure ball and equipment kinematics across sports. Our products combine Doppler radars and cameras, and the Radar Tracking & Signal Processing team is responsible for converting raw radar signals into accurate and meaningful data on the performance of the athlete, fusing the radar signal with information from video feeds and other sensors.


You will play a significant role in the development of our world-leading, proprietary golf and baseball sensor technology, which is now also being applied in football and many other sports. You will have the opportunity to do your own research and development work, and to see the direct impact of it. 

In the Radar Tracking and Signal Processing team we seek to expand the use of machine learning and you will play a significant role in including neural networks in our tracking software.  

Responsibilities:

  • Design, prototype, and evaluate machine learning models tailored for radar analysis.
  • Stay abreast of and incorporate the latest research findings and methodologies in machine learning and radar into our solutions.
  • Build knowledge of machine learning methods in the radar tracking & signal processing team through close collaboration with Vision & AI team.
  • Conduct experiments and iterative testing to compare the effectiveness of different models and approaches for our specific tasks.
  • Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring they can operate effectively in real-world coaching environments.

Job requirements


The ideal candidate

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent
  • Machine learning and neural networks
  • Digital Signal processing (DSP)
