Job description
As a Project Manager in Trackman Range Operations EMEA, you will plan and execute installation and maintenance projects across the region, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and at the expected quality. You will work closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams across both turnkey and non-turnkey projects.
The role suits someone with strong communication and organizational skills, technical understanding, and a good grasp of the customer journey. Experience within golf, construction, or similar environments is an advantage.
French is required due to the regional scope, while Italian and Spanish are a plus. Formal project management training is beneficial but not required.
Job requirements
Key responsibilities
Manage the planning and execution of turnkey and non-turnkey installations and maintenance activities, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate projects from handover through completion, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery plans
Maintain accurate and structured project documentation, including project plans, status updates, meeting summaries, and other key records of project activities and outcomes
Identify and document potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, including contingency plans for unforeseen events
Ensure required standards and deliverables are documented and adhered to prior to installation activities
Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication
Assess when in-person customer engagement will add value to the overall project process and occasionally travel to meet customers on site, particularly in the early phases of a project, to help establish alignment, build confidence, and support a strong project start
Help create transparency around project progress, readiness, risks, and next steps
Qualifications and experience
Experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage dialogue across customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation quality
Technical flair and the ability to understand and navigate technical project requirements
Good understanding of the customer perspective and how to balance customer expectations with operational execution
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time in a structured and practical way
Comfortable working in an environment where plans can change and priorities need to be adjusted
French is essential; Italian and Spanish are a plus
Nice to have:
Experience or familiarity with golf, construction, or the interface between the two is a strong advantage
Formal project management education or certification is a plus, but not a requirement
Familiarity with network equipment and basic network infrastructure is considered an advantage

Success in this role means delivering well-coordinated projects with clear communication, strong documentation, controlled risks, and high readiness before installation activities begin. You help create confidence internally and externally by ensuring projects are organized, transparent, and executed to a high standard.
