Product Designer - Golf Web Products

As a Product designer for our Pro Golf web products, you will be at the heart of building the next generation of tools for golf coaches worldwide. You will design intuitive, powerful features that help coaches manage their business, coach their players, and through a dedicated learning platform help new or aspiring coaches master Trackman technology, data, and modern coaching methods.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product designer to join our Trackman golf design team, focusing on our web-based coaching and support platforms. Our tools are used by coaches, academies, and golf facilities worldwide to manage players, streamline business operations, enhance learning, and deliver top-tier customer service.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our coaching products.

You will:

• Design intuitive solutions for our web-based coaching platform and support.

• Create tools that help coaches manage both their business (administration, scaling) and players (coaching, progress tracking).

• Design engaging and educational learning flows for aspiring coaches.

• Prototype and test new features to validate concepts and ensure a seamless, engaging experience.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other designers to bring ideas to life.

• Contribute to user research and translate insights into improved UX/UI solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to design industry-leading tools that empower coaches, inspire new professionals, and improve the game for players worldwide.

Ideally, youʼll have:

• 3+ years of product design experience, covering the full design lifecycle from ideation, research, conceptualization, validation/testing, and visual design.

• Experience designing web-based platforms with complex user flows and multiple user types.

• Strong UI skills, with the ability to craft polished and engaging interfaces, create custom illustrations, and transform complex data into clear, easy-to-digest visual insights.

• Proficiency in modern design tools, with confidence in working within and contributing to a design system.

• A collaborative mindset, able to adapt to evolving priorities with a problem-solving approach. A portfolio showcasing your craft, creativity, and impact on relevant projects.

• Knowledge of golf and coaching workflows or a strong willingness to learn.

The Office  

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.

The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff.
