Trackman is now looking for an experienced and data-driven paid media specialist to join our expanding marketing team.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will be a member and working closely with the entire marketing team and reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing. You will not only have an opportunity to excel in your own area but also deeply impact how we work and our marketing game.
This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. Research, reporting, testing, and executing on digital initiatives are keys to success.
In this role you will:
- Perform extensive research on keywords, target audiences, and competitors to uncover areas for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate the results of advertising efforts, assessing data to make well-informed choices regarding the distribution of budgets, adjusting bids, and refining creative elements.
- Craft and implement successful advertising strategies across several platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility, qualified leads, and engagement.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing the outcomes of campaigns, offering insights, and suggesting directions for future marketing initiatives to our stakeholders.
- Oversee daily tasks linked to managing accounts on Google Ads, META, LinkedIn, and additional advertising channels for a diverse clientele.
- Remain informed about the latest developments and established practices in the paid advertising space, sharing this expertise with colleagues to promote data-driven strategies.
- Work closely with the creative department to conceive and refine ad content and imagery that connects with our intended audience and motivates them to act.
- Demonstrate the ability to tell data-based stories to key stakeholders in the company.
Job requirements
- +3 years of proven track record in managing paid media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, industries, and countries
- Strong analytical skills relevant to the job
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook business manager, LinkedIn Campaign manager amongst others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Comfortable in presenting, organizing and make recommendations based on data.
- Solution and enhancement driven; you are a person always striving for better.
Supplementing Qualifications:
- Knowledge or CRM and other sales tools
- Graphic design (Figma, InDesign, illustrator, photoshop)
- Basic web
The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary and the position is based out of HQ in Vedbæk, Denmark. With opportunity for some flexible remote work.

We are soon moving to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride of the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment.
