You will work closely with our global Support teams, Sales, and Product departments to coordinate customer needs, resolve technical challenges, and continuously improve our support processes. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships while maintaining a high standard of service.

Please note that this is a fixed-term position from December 1, 2026, to August 1, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage support cases, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and clear communication throughout the process.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues in collaboration with internal Support, Sales, and Product teams, ensuring business-critical issues receive the necessary attention.

  • Conduct regular customer meetings to provide updates on ongoing support cases, software releases, new features, and product developments.

  • Perform quarterly readiness checks, facilitate training sessions, and assist with onboarding new customer employees and products.

  • Collect and share customer feedback with relevant internal teams to support continuous improvements to products and services.

Job requirements

Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and take ownership of customer needs is crucial for this role. Experience in technical support, product support, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the technology or sports industry.

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and remote support.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of quality in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong computer skills, including Windows operating systems, networking, and general knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, as well as familiarity with technical equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, TVs, and projectors.

  • A proactive, self-motivated team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and values collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Knowledge of sports technology, particularly golf, is an advantage. A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred, although candidates with at least two years of relevant technical support experience will also be considered.
