Junior Sales Operations Coordinator

Would you like to play a key role in delivering sublime pre- and post-sale experiences to our customers? Trackman Sales Operation is expanding and is now looking for a Junior Sales Operations Coordinator to secure a smooth and efficient sales process. 

Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football, and soccer improve their game through radar- and vision-based tracking devices, apps, and simulators. We are used by top sports professionals, teams, and millions of amateurs worldwide. Our products are developed and manufactured mainly in Hørsholm, Denmark, and sold globally. About the role 

• The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in day-to-day operations. This role is key in delivering sublime pre- and post-sale experiences to our customers. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be a focal point for our sales representatives, helping them deliver a top-of-class experience to our customers.  

• The successful candidate will play a vital part in making sure there are no delays in our sales process and that we deliver industry-leading technology to a wide range of customers. 

 
What you will be doing 

The tasks include responsibilities such as quote validation, order and shipment coordination, global license management, and daily support for sales representatives. It’s a great opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, day-to-day support for the sales organization, and excellent service for both teams and customers. The responsibilities could look like: 

• Quote Control and Quality Assurance 
  Validate sales quotes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and high standards. Act as a quality gate to maintain accuracy, and high standards across all quotations. 

• Order Planning and Shipping Coordination 
  Release orders for shipment and coordinate delivery schedules with internal stakeholders.  Ad hoc assistance to ship our orders. Providing payment and shipping status to sales representatives. 

• Customer License Management 
  Maintain and update customer licenses for Trackman radars worldwide, ensuring timely service for key accounts. 

• Primary Point of Contact for Sales Representatives 
  Provide daily global sales reports and support sales reps with quotes, orders, payment, and shipping updates. 

What are we looking for 

We imagen that you have worked as a coordinator or in a similar role involving many stakeholders across sales, finance, and legal. You might have a background in sales, administration, or finance. Moreover, you: 

• Understand financial principles, logistics 

• Have knowledge within analytics, and/or sales operations, and understanding of sales processes and deal lifecycles 

• Have good communication skills in Danish and English 

• Are strong at prioritizing and planning tasks, with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment 

• Thrive in a dynamic workday with varied tasks and data-driven decision-making 

• Have enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially Finance, Supply Chain and Shipping

• Are used to create structures and building or improving systems, including CRM and reporting tools 

• Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Preferably, you have experience in CRM and ERP systems
