Job Description:
Together with our current IT supporter, you will be responsible for:
Tire-2 support to coworkers in both Denmark and across the globe
Help develop our coming Help Centre and write the guides and how-to for this
Improving our current Microsoft Intune use
Assist in the roll-out for all our colleagues
Keep it updated and making sure that we use it in the best way
Assist in purchasing of our IT stock inventory and licenses
Help us with documenting our IT landscape
You will work at our office in Hørsholm, Denmark, and report to the Head if IT of Trackman
Job requirements
Has a strong IT knowledge and experience from a similar position
Are motivated by acting as an ‘detective’ when complex errors need to be found and resolved
Is ‘To the point’, and a fast executer and knows how to “run with the ball”
You bring new ideas and challenge existing beliefs
Is ambitious, have high integrity, and have a ‘start-up’ mentality. You can work across all cultures
As a person, you are positive, problem-solving, and ready to take responsibility while being a great team player
You connect easily to other people and have an outgoing nature

The Office
We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
