Job description

Join a Global Sports-Tech Innovator
Are you ready to lead the cybersecurity agenda at a fast-growing, tech-driven company with a global footprint? At Trackman, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Cyber Security Specialist to take ownership of our cybersecurity strategy — spanning both Product IT and Group IT

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll collaborate across departments to protect our technologies, data, and people from an ever-growing threat landscape. You'll be part of the Infrastructure DevOps team within the R&D organization, working closely with teams across the business.

Your Mission

As our Cyber Security Specialist, you will:

  • Define and drive the implementation of a cybersecurity framework aligned with Trackman’s innovation-driven business goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end security agenda — from strategic planning and compliance to hands-on implementation and incident response.

  • Serve as the organization’s primary cybersecurity advisor, enabling teams to adopt best practices and reduce risk.

  • Cultivate a strong security culture through awareness, education, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity framework that scales with business growth.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

  • Own and oversee security governance across the organization.

  • Draft and roll out practical security policies and procedures.

Operational Security

  • Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and drive mitigation efforts.

  • Lead the implementation of cybersecurity tools and secure infrastructure upgrades.

  • Continuously monitor the threat landscape and lead response initiatives.

Advisory & Enablement

  • Partner with R&D and Group IT teams on architecture, development, and operations security.

  • Communicate security priorities clearly to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  • Support customer-facing teams in addressing security-related inquiries and audits.

  • Drive internal education and awareness initiatives across all business units.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity position, ideally with exposure to multiple industries and diverse threat landscapes.

  • Deep knowledge of both enterprise IT and product-related security needs.

  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities.

Why Join Trackman?

At Trackman, you’ll be part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and ownership. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Full responsibility and ownership of our cybersecurity landscape.

  • An opportunity to work with advanced technologies and skilled, passionate teams.

  • A chance to shape the future of cyber resilience at a globally recognized company.
