Job description

Ready to shape the digital experiences behind one of the world’s leading sports tech brands?

At Trackman, we build the platforms that make practice compelling, entertainment engaging, and performance measurable for golfers around the globe. As an experienced Software Engineer, Frontend, you’ll take ownership of user journeys across our web ecosystem, crafting seamless, high-impact experiences used by players, coaches, and facilities every day. If you’re passionate about building scalable, elegant frontend solutions and want real ownership in a global product with millions of interactions, this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference.

We’re building and scaling multiple products across the golf space, and we’re continually improving how we work as a team. We value engineers who ask why, clarify outcomes, and take ownership. We care about quality through code reviews and a QA setup we’re actively improving. We trust engineers to make good decisions and give them the tools and guardrails to do so confidently.

What you’ll do

You will be an experienced member of the team who can take ownership, drive quality, and mentor others. Together with the team members you will more specifically:

  • Build features across Trackman's web ecosystem using React and TypeScript.

  • Own an area end-to-end: clarify requirements, propose an approach, implement, and follow through after release.

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, design, backend, and QA to unblock decisions and keep delivery moving.

  • Debug issues and improve performance based on what we see in production.

  • Raise the bar through code reviews, better patterns, and help others make good technical decisions.

  • Use AI tooling as part of your daily workflow. We're actively investing in how AI fits into development, and you'll help shape that.

Job requirements

Our Tech stack

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer elevating engineering standards through high-quality code, constructive reviews, and continuous feedback. Our stack varies by product, but across the ecosystem you’ll work with:

  • TypeScript and React

  • GraphQL on the client side (TanStack Query, URQL)

  • PWA

  • Azure DevOps and GitHub

  • Playwright

  • Observability tools like Sentry

Experience with these tools is a plus, but strong fundamentals matter most.

What you bring

  • You have 6+ years of  hands-on experience shipping React applications in production.

  • You write TypeScript with intent, using types to improve design and maintainability, not just satisfy the compiler.

  • You use AI tools thoughtfully to move faster and improve quality, while keeping strong judgement and end-to-end ownership of the outcome.

  • You're comfortable working in a large codebase, component boundaries, state and data patterns, and keeping things maintainable over time.

  • You debug effectively and care about frontend performance.

  • You stay current in the web development ecosystem and apply new ideas pragmatically, including through code reviews and technical decisions that raise the bar.

  • You communicate clearly in English. We collaborate internationally, applications in English only.

The Office

We are located at DTU Science Park in Hørsholm. We take great pride in the state-of-art building we have designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness center, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation. The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff.
