Our team leads both internal and customer-facing BI efforts, turning complex data into meaningful, accessible insights. In addition to BI development, we also explore data science and machine learning solutions that enhance our tracking technology and product offering.
We collaborate closely with tracking and application software teams, as well as the product team, to develop products that are shaping how baseball is played and understood.

Dashboards to detect anomalies across thousands of Baseball tracking devices
BI reports to monitor player performance across stadiums
Data modeling to translate tracking metrics into coaching-friendly visualizations
Tools to support internal operations with reliable, scalable reporting.

Motivated, proactive, and a fast learner
Curious about working with complex data
Excited by the idea of building high-quality BI tools that have a real-world impact
Eager to grow in an international, collaborative, and sports-driven environment
You have some hands-on experience with SQL and dashboards (Power BI or similar), and you’re comfortable working with data from pipelines to final reports. You're practical, outcome-oriented, and you enjoy translating numbers into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Develop and optimize data models and schemas
Collaborate with data engineers to acquire and prepare data
Work with product owners and internal stakeholders to define BI needs
Support operations and customer-facing teams with data-driven tools
Job requirements
A background in a data-related field (can be academic or hands-on experience)
Experience writing SQL and working with relational databases
Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboarding tools (school or project experience counts!)
A proactive, independent approach – you enjoy owning your tasks and learning as you go
Fluent in English and comfortable working in a cross-cultural team
Bonus if you have a passion for baseball or experience working with sports data
