TrackMan Baseball is looking for a colleague who is passionate about getting Trackman’s new high-tech Tracking systems installed in stadiums and backfields, across the USA.

You will plan and manage contractors and stakeholders to make sure installations are carried out successfully and in time for the season start, in the major baseball stadiums.

This newly created role will report to the overall Field Operation Project Manager and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, our account managers and technology teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all aspects of on-site Tracking System installations, from scoping to completed installation and calibration.
  • Secure the most cost-efficient execution of the entire project.
  • Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for a flawless execution of projects
  • Work directly with customers and installation teams to understand and verify project requirements and prerequisites (including shipping)
  • Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline
  • Scheduling client installations and maintaining calendar in an appropriate manner
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Establishing best practices and innovative concepts related to product shipping, installation, and support


Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience from construction or similar industry
  • Proven experience in managing subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in cost control and subcontractor negotiation
  • Good knowledge about safety regulations in construction work
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Communicates effectively: develops and delivers, by written and oral communications; information which is clear, salient, and audience-appropriate. Listens attentively and adapts
  • Seeks new opportunities and challenges with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Makes sound, timely decisions toward the agreed-upon personal, company, and departmental/team objectives and goals
  • Actively works to motivate and create a climate of high engagement
  • Is able to consistently demonstrate achievement of results toward goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering preferred
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Beneficial, but not required:

  • PMI or equivalent project management certification
  • Low and high voltage experience
  • Construction experience
