As the business keeps growing, TrackMan is looking for an additional project manager to lead our projects all the way from idea generation to sales. Being a Project Manager requires you to work closely together with several senior stakeholders in a very dynamic environment – driven by our passion for the product, the customer and sports. Your workplace will be at our Headquarter in Vedbæk.

You will work closely with our algorithm & computer vision development teams, software development teams, software testing team, hardware development and production. You will be reporting to the SVP R&D, and you will provide progress to the steering committee and senior management on a monthly basis. 


Your key responsibilities are

  • Make sure the project is governed according to the Trackman Project Execution Model
  • Prepare steering group presentations together with the Product Owner according to the “Project Management Framework”  to ensure progress and timely decision making
  • Lead the Project Group together with the Product Owner
  • Takes ownership for the project plan and for the project deliveries
  • Developing the project plan, based on estimates of scope, time and cost (resource) requirements
  • Defining detailed product specifications and work breakdown together with the team
  • Request allocation of resources through management and escalate priorities accordingly
  • Driving the product development through milestone planning
  • Handling team-building and internal communication with the project team
  • Proactively discuss business risks and opportunities with Product Owner
  • Managing risk through mitigation and contingency plans

You probably have a technical background and some years of project manager experience from a technical or IT company. You appreciate the importance of working as a team, and has proven your ability to drive projects forward in a positive and collaborative manner. 

Our ideal candidate have worked with broad technical software projects with elements of both embedded software, back-end, front-end and cloud based software and data environments. We expect you to bring an up-to-date project manager tool box, but also to have the ability to use it with flexibility and pragmatism. You have worked in agile development environments and know the agile toolbox. You listen to other’s ideas before you present your own, and strive to understand the challenges and opportunities that all projects have. You are persistent and have proven your ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
