About the job

Join our dynamic Modelling & Analysis team as a senior developer and take part in solving exciting technical challenges for our state-of-the-art products, which are utilized by some of the world's top athletes. As a member of our team within the Tracking department, you'll work with cutting edge radar and computer vision-based tracking technologies, delivering accurate tracking data through tasks such as:

  • Developing advanced physical models to elevate product performance
  • Tackling data optimization challenges
  • Maintaining and advancing our internal reference data measurement system ensuring its continuous improvement and reliability
  • Explore the optimization of data utilization from different sensors enhancing the overall efficiency and accuracy of our tracking systems
  • Scoping and feasibility of designing new modelling solutions.

Ideal candidates possess significant experience in mathematical modeling, physics, statistics, and/or similar fields, showcasing problem-solving skills and a dedication to high-quality work. As a seniordeveloper, you will also contribute to project/task coordination and technical leadership. Additional expertise in signal processing, machine learning, radars, and computer vision is highly valued.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Master's/PhD in Mathematical Modelling, Scientific Computing, Physics, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience from similar roles
  • Proficiency in Python and C++ for software development
  • Proven mastery in solving complex challenges and leading impactful problem resolution
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering knowledge sharing, and executing project work with precision and an eye for sustainable business impact.
