Do you have a passion for sports, campaign marketing, and events?

 

At TrackMan, you will play a significant role in our global marketing and communications efforts to promote our industry-leading golf, baseball, tennis, and other ball tracking products. 


Are you an excellent, all-around campaign manager and do you like to run multiple campaigns and events simultaneously, from creation to implementation and all the way to follow-up analysis? Do you have a talent for writing and an eye for design? Do you thrive in an international and dynamic environment, where we sometimes have to work late to get things done? And do you like to work in close collaboration with key sales staff around the globe?


The products we sell are somewhat technical, so having a flair for all things digital is a plus, but not a must. We do expect you to be savvy when it comes to communicating digitally, as you will "speak" digital to our prospects and customers, as well as collaborate daily with software developers, designers, engineers, and other tech-savvy colleagues and stakeholders.   • Serial campaign planner, builder, implementer, and watchdog

  • Campaign tagger, and library builder
  • Golfer (not a requirement, but an advantage)
  • Ad hoc soldier (we all are)

Requirements

Are you our new colleague?

You probably have an educational background in marketing or communications. You have a natural understanding of customer segmentation modeling, digital analysis, and the marketing mix. You grasp the concepts of the customer’s path to purchase and the journey creation that follows. You can build and convey marketing, branding, and educational campaigns and evaluate and act on the outcomes they generate. You have experience with managing complex marketing campaigns at a global level, and are familiar with marketing automation platforms, design tools, and email marketing services. You are easy to work with, persistent and have proven your ability to execute campaigns and events timely, professionally, and with great outcomes. A team of highly skilled marketers will support you with their expertise, from design to tech and data analysis. You will report directly to the Global Head of MarCom.
