Are you our next colleague?
As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the voice of TrackMan when it comes to first-line support and communication with our clients, mainly via phone and email. You will build close relationships with our global sales force, and assist them in support related activities and helping them reaching their targets, by delivering timely support and assistance. You play a central role in coordinating support cases, and keeping all parties informed about the in-going process. It's natural for you to bring things to an end and complete tasks. Your feedback from customer interactions will be shared with R&D teams, for further product improvements. Please note that this position is based in Vedbæk, north of Copenhagen.
Our ideal candidate must have a background within several of the following areas:
• Good knowledgeable about golf, preferably from coaching or playing tournament golf, or a low-digit HCP amateur golfer
• Experience from working directly with customers
• Strong knowledge about Windows and iOS products
• TrackMan product experience a plus
• Flair for troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Remote support experience a plus
